- Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 users (Windows Only):
If using Internet Explorer 6 (IE6) with Service Pack 1 (SP1) or later,
Time Matters (timematters.com) must be added as a Trusted Site in the
IE6 Security Settings. 1) Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools >
Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites 2) Clear the
Require
server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone checkbox 3) Type
the URL (i.e., timematters.com) you use to get to this page 4) Click Add
5) Click OK and close all Internet Options screens.
- Remove client files for both Windows® and Mac operating systems, and
clear the browser cache. If an error occurs before the Time Matters Browser
login screen displays, delete the JAVA folder located in your
C:\TMW9E\ folder. For Mac users, go to ROOT/TMW9E/JAVA to delete
the JAVA folder.
Note: Time Matters Browser will create a new JAVA folder the next time it opens.
If problems persist, clear the browser cache. Use the following
instructions or refer to your browser documentation.
- Internet Explorer for Windows—Open the browser and go to
Tools > Internet Options > General Tab > Temporary Internet
Files > Delete Files 2) On the Delete Files screen, select the
Delete all offline content checkbox 3) Click OK and close the
Delete Files screen and all others.
- Internet Explorer 5.2 for Mac (OS X 10.4 or later)—Open the
browser and go to Explorer > Preferences > Advanced > Cache >
Empty Now
- Netscape 7.0 for Windows—Open the browser and go to Edit >
Preferences > Advanced > Cache > Clear Memory Cache and Clear
Disk Cache > OK
